01Can every team member use a different mailbox plan?
Yes. Each professional mailbox is billed independently, so one person can use Starter while another uses Team or Business. You pay only for the plan assigned to each mailbox.
02How is marketing email priced?
Choose your recipient count and how many emails each recipient will receive in a month. Darwa calculates the total monthly sends and recommends the smallest marketing plan that covers both limits.
03How is transactional email priced?
Transactional messages are metered in blocks of 1,000 emails. The unit rate falls at higher monthly volume and with a longer commitment.
04Are contacts and professional mailboxes the same thing?
No. A mailbox is a person or shared business address that receives email. A marketing contact is a recipient in an audience. They have separate limits and separate billing.
05Can I send receipts and campaigns from the same domain?
Yes. Darwa guides you through domain authentication and keeps marketing and transactional sending streams separate to protect deliverability.
