Is Hermes hosted separately from my website?+

Yes. AI agent applications use a separate product boundary and do not silently run inside an unrelated web-hosting subscription.

Can I connect a domain?+

The application receives a managed Darwa address. Custom domain support depends on the selected application flow and current domain features.

How is resource usage tracked?+

Darwa records the managed runtime and provider identity in the backend and collects health and resource signals from that workload.

What happens if payment fails?+

The backend applies the plan’s grace, suspension, retention, restoration, and deletion rules. The UI and email notifications should reflect the same subscription state.

Is Darwa affiliated with Hermes Agent?+
